Returns information

 

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you’re not you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be returned by the same method used for payment. We are unable to refund delivery costs.

For Standard items, you can;

Visit the returns portal HERE

  • You will need your order number and email address to log your return.
  • Follow the instructions on screen and let us know why you would like to return the item(s).
  • Take the parcel to your local post office and make sure you obtain proof of postage.
  • Once we receive the items we will process the refund within 10 working days.

For Furniture and non-standard items 

If you have furniture or a large item to return, please call our customer care team on 01865 339366 within 14 days of receipt to arrange the return of the item. We cannot accept items that have been damaged since they were delivered to you. Items must be wrapped in the original packaging.

There will be a charge for collection unless the item is faulty.

The following items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or faulty

  • Personal hygiene products e.g. portable urinals, incontinence pads.
  • Made to order or personalised items

Mobile Phones and trackers

It is important that you do not insert a SIM card into the phone or tracker as this creates user settings that personalise the phone to you. If this happens then we are not able to accept your return unless the phone is damaged or faulty.
