Don't worry, you're not alone. Many people find themselves in the same situation.
There are so many amazing cocktails to choose from we thought we would ask our Spring Chicken Facebook community which ones are the best and the easiest to make. Luckily, they came up with some brilliant suggestions from posh cocktails to simple mixed drinks, so there’s something for everyone.
For the semi-pro mixologists among you or those simply looking for an easy alternative to your standard tipple, these amazing cocktails will give you something to try out this weekend. All cocktails are best served in the sun!
1. Pina Colada
The piña colada is the best summer drink. To make this fruity cocktail, you’ll need pineapple juice, coconut cream, crushed ice, and light rum (leave out the rum if you want it virgin). Blend it all up and you’re set!
Or if you are a traditionalist why not use a good old-fashioned cocktail shaker? Now kick back in your hammock and turn up Rupert Holmes’ Escape.

2. Porn Star Martini
A relative newcomer to the world of amazing cocktails, the Porn Star Martini was born in Douglas Ankrah’s Townhouse bar in London back in 2002. Since its inception, it has taken the cocktail world by storm and quickly established itself on every cocktail menu from London to Singapore. If you can get over the name, it’s a winner on the tastiness front.
For this flirty cocktail, you’ll need vanilla vodka, passoā, passionfruit juice, lime juice, and a shot of prosecco on the side. Shake the first four ingredients together then float half an upturned passionfruit if you’re feeling professional.

3. Long Island Iced Tea
The Long Island iced tea doesn’t mess around, no matter the version you choose. For this recipe, you’ll need tequila, white rum, vodka, gin, triple sec, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and coca cola. Yes, that’s five different shots of alcohol…

6. Harvey Wallbanger
To make this famous 70s drink, you’ll need vodka, fresh orange juice, and Galliano. Combine the ingredients in a tall glass and you’re ready to go back in time.

Sex on the Beach is a classic cocktail made with peach schnapps, vodka, orange juice and cranberry juice. Another ‘disco cocktail’, that is a classic for good reason. Mix together and pour over ice. Just be careful how you offer it round at parties…

The margarita is a drink that polarizes opinion, with many people arguing over the correct ratios of tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and agave syrup.
The only thing I can say for certain is that it packs a punch. Don’t forget to salt the rim of your glass for the proper taste of Mexico!
